Based on the Chuck Barris produced and Geoff Edwards hosted show "Treasure Hunt" of the 1973-1977. Mix it with the White House Press Corps both current and former. With Geoff Edwards hosting!! With kids instead of women being the contestants while the Press Corps act like people in the skit.

Geoff Edwards:Ok Sandy, let's see what you got here box #18. Is that your favorite number? Or why did you pick #18.
Sandy(age 9):I am a Peyton Manning Fan Geoff!!
Geoff:Oh, I can see why since you are indeed from Indianapolis!!
(Sandy shaking her head agreeing!!)

Geoff:Ok, Sandy let's see how much money you have in here(Geoff opening up the envelope)You have $565 here sweetie!! OK, honey hold out your hand.
(Sandy holding out her right hand as the audience counts)
(Geoff counting the money and the audience being encouraged to count out loud!)

Geoff:Ok, Sandy, let me get out the other dollars!!

Geoff:Sandy, here's five dollars!!(Audience clapping out loud!!)
Now Sandy you can keep the money or take the box!!
(Audience was both yelling at the poor little girl to take the money or take the box as Geoff is patiently waiting for her to make up her mine!!)
Geoff:What's it going to be Sandy!! I need to know honey!!
Sandy: (As she's handing Geoff the money back!!)I'll take the box!
Geoff:You will take the box ok! Now Sandy, since you want the box, let me peak into the box!! You have been here for three days.(Someone in the audience yelling four days as Geoff looks confused)Four days!! Gosh you are making me bored!
(Geoff looking inside of the box as Sandy tries to peak in with him.)

Geoff:You always peak into the box, now you know you can't do that!(Geoff peaking back into the box as Sandy, despite "warnings" from Geoff, peaks back in as he shuts the box back quick as the audience laughs!!)
Geoff:OK, honey! You know how the game goes, I have played with you as well as pulled your leg a lot, and go "Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah!!" And I won't kid you not but will let you know that you have won(yelling)a washer & dryer.
(Pulling out the small "washer & dryer" after acting like it was on the stage)
Geoff:Here's the washer(a "little washer" being pulled out")& here's the dryer(pulling out a "little hair dryer" as he is laughing like a smart-aleck)
Geoff:Get it washer & dryer! Ha! Ha!

Then White House Correspondents Andrea Mitchell, Claire Shipman, and Campbell Brown come out in dresses as they get Geoff's attention.
Geoff:What??
Andrea:You know Geoff Edwards?
Geoff:What?
Andrea:Sometimes your jokes fall so flat, that they are not so, so funny!!
Geoff:Yeah I know!!
Then Campbell gets out a little pie with heavy icing and "throws" it on Geoff's left cheek.
Claire:Geoff, please for this poor child's sake!! ZIP IT ON THE KLUNK JOKES!!
As the women leave the stage as Geoff wipes off his face of icing.
Audience laughs as well as claps hard!

Geoff:All right ladies!! I'll be good. I promise to be good!
(Then Geoff laughing again like smart aleck!!)Ha! Ha!
(Sandy looking innocent at him but also giggling as well.)
Geoff:OK, Sandy!!(Looking back into the box)No more klunk jokes Sandy! I promise both you and the ladies to be good.
Geoff: (Looking back into the box and with his "Jerry Lewis" imitation)I'll tell you what you won Sandy!!(Laughing very hard again!!)What you have really, really won!! Is a rolls royce!!
Throwing out his left hand pointing Sandy to the stage but then puts his hand back into the box.
Geoff:Here's the royce(a small box of royce food & throwing down the royce)& last but certainly not least...THE ROLLS(throwing his hand out again & then putting his hand back in the box to a pack of rolls!! Audience laughs hard!!)
Laughing again smart-alecky as more White House reporters come up but it is men in tuxedos.
As longtime reporters Sam Donaldson, Bill Plante, and Chris Wallace come up.

Sam(acting like he is looking "serious" but almost laughing):Geoff???
(As Geoff is looking at him about to cry laughing.)
Sam:Geoff, you know, you are really, really about to tick me off really bad!! Not just me but Bill & Chris as well.
As all three men are shaking their heads side-to-side.
Chris then takes icing just like Campbell did but he slings the icing on his face on both cheeks.
Bill:Please for this child's sake again, QUIT IT WITH THE KLUNK JOKES OK!!
As the men leave, "warning" Geoff to "pipe down!!"(Audience laughs)

Geoff, then taking the icing off, laughing like a smart-aleck again.
Geoff:OK, gentleman!! I promise to be good. I will be more than good!!(laughing very, very hard as the poor little girl Sandy looks on looking innocent and confused)
Geoff:OK Sandy!!
Sandy: (Whispering first but then kind of louder saying)You look pretty good!!
Geoff:What Sandy?
Sandy:You look pretty good!!
Geoff:I look pretty good!!(Wiping the icing off with his left hand!!)As nothing compares to the way you are going to look honey,(laughing in-between)when you find out that you have won!!(Laughing very, very hard.)
Geoff:A BRAND NEW COLOR TV!!(Throwing his left arm up to the stage but puts his left arm back to the box #18)And here's the V(laughing very, very hard!! As he grabs the letter "V")And last but certainly not least, here's....here's the "T!!"(pulling out a tea bag)The T!!!
(Sandy laughing hard with Geoff as Geoff pulls the teabag and the letter V together to form TV)
Geoff:TV!! TV!! Ha! Ha! Ha!(Laughing as he throws the teabag and letter V down!!)

Then White House reporters turned anchors Brit Hume, Brian Williams, & Wolf Blitzer come up on stage in tuxedos.
Brit with a pie, Wolf with a big white towell, and Brian with nothing.
Geoff looks at the three coming.
Brit:OK, Mr Smart-Aleck, That's it! You asked for it!!
Then, he throws the big and huge pie at Geoff, pieing him really, really good after Geoff uses bad puns!!
Geoff's face is covered with nothing but pie as the audience is laughing and clapping very, very hard at the same time.
As Wolf, then just shaking his head side-to-side, hands the host the big white towell, for him to wipe the pie off his face.
As Geoff is just standing there, shellshocked.
Then as the men are getting ready to exit the stage.
Brian then leans into the microphone and says something to Geoff.
Brian:I think you better lay off the klunk jokes in the future Geoff!!
As he pats Geoff on the back and then leaves with the audience still in stiches laughing and clapping as Geoff tries to wipe the pie off his face.
Poor Sandy is just laughing as she looks innocently at the now pied Geoff Edwards.

As Geoff is wiping his face creamed with pies, Sandy is whispering something to him in which only that seems to be between her & him.
Geoff:What a wipeout!!(Blowing the pie off is face and wiping the pie with the towel Wolf gave to him.)
Geoff: (Shaking his head in "disgust.")OK, I must admit. I deserved that! I asked for it! I pratically begged for that!!(As the audience is laughing very hard and crazy)I think that those gentlemen were right in doing in what they were doing(in pieing Geoff). And I am a little embarrassed!! So no more jokes!! I really mean it!!(As a bit of pie goes on the floor)
As Geoff is reaching into the box yet again.
Geoff:I can tell you right now Sandy, no kidding, that you have won a refregerator and freezer.(Throwing his hand up in the air to point the prizes to the stage)And here's the freezer!!(Again reaching his hand into the box, showing the "freezer" as Geoff is smart-alecky laughing!!)And here's the refrigerator up there!!
Then the curtains pull only to show White House Reporters David Gregory and John Roberts in tuxedos pointing out to the refrigerator and a set of dishes.
Then Sandy's eyes are brighten as Geoff, pied all over, goes up to the stage, which John & David were the "models" and going up there.
As both men are trying to run away from him as he smears the pie on both of them. Getting the pie on their tuxedos and faces.
With both men laughing and Geoff running away as Johnny Jacobs finishes explaining the prize to Sandy.
Geoff:Ok, Sandy you are our champ and you will play with us!! Right after we get cleaned up and right after these messages.
Geoff laughing as well as stomping his feet.(Fades to commericial).
