Some of you already know this, but I want to warn the ones that don't...
EBay regularly lists DVD's of "Rescue from Gilligan's Island" for as low as $1.99 or $3.99. BEWARE! I ordered one simply because I couldn't find it anywhere else and am sad to report that the picture quality is only fair in most spots and downright poor in others. Worse than this, it is not only edited, but SLOPPILY edited to the point that sometimes there are 15-30 seconds missing and the action just "jumps." Occasionally whole scenes are missing.
I do not blame the sellers alone for this because they actually made no promises about it being complete or of high quality and the price IS too good to be true----just want to put the word out to those that aren't already familiar with this problem.
Also, if anybody knows of a good source for complete and high quality versions of the movies---please reply. Thanks. :)
