When Amy Grant came on the the airwaves she was all Christaan music,which I liked her stlye of music then. Then in early nighty's when she made Baby,Baby, I really enjoyed her music, Every Heart Beat,Baby,Baby(bABY,Baby came in the 80's) A lot of people back then said her music was satan work9yeah right this is Amy Grant)She stood her ground, by the end of the nightys she had a huge fallowing after she did christain music.Then she and Vince Gill shocked the music world,Vince divorcing his wife after many years,and Amy Grant divorcing her husband. The two of them got married, They did a duet in the 90's called House Of Love,which things got steamed up after that. All in all her fans are still behind her all the way. Let's hope she will have new material coming soon.

Amy Grant is great. I saw her in concert in 1985. I really like her being her own person in spite of what all these naysayers all give her. :cool:

even tho I prefer "secular" music to religious, I think Amy's Christian recordings blow away her more trite pop songs. With songs like "Find A Way", "El Shaddai" and "Lead Me On", she was able to record songs both uplifting and also catchy, but then songs like Baby Baby were no different than the rest of the garbage on the radio in 1991.

I love her pop hits I have some of her CDs, my favorite is "Baby Baby"

Wrong, "Baby, Baby" wasn't a song from the 80's, it was from the early 90's. I love Amy Grant, she's a great singer. I heard the song "Baby, Baby" on the radio but I have two CD's by Amy Grant which are Christmas albums.

I love Amy Grant, she's one of my favorite singers, her Christian Music blows me away, her Legacy Hymns and Faith Album is truly one of the best of her career IMO :)
