Do you mean music or visuals or both? From your list I like The Jeffersons for both. Cosby Show's best for visuals was the last one, but for music I like the Apollo opening. Dallas' music was very good as were St Elsewhere and Mary Tyler Moore.

Others I like:

Mission:Impossible- both visuals and music
Room 222- both, but moreso the music
Ironside
I Dream of Jeannie- the first more orchestral theme
Sanford and Son- music only
Hill St Blues- music only
Barney Miller- music only
Get Smart- visuals esp in year 5
One Day At a Time- visuals only
Alice- music only in the first couple seasons
Gimme A Break- music in year one only

My favorite sitcom opening...

Alice (1976-1978) - this version was so great because instead of the theme song singing about how the show is set up, we get just visuals of it. We see footage from the movie of Alice's station wagon breaking down on the road, and then we see newly filmed clips of her and Tommy moving in to their apartment and then of her getting her job at Mel's Diner, ending with the infamous shot of Tommy pouring hot water into the pot Alice is soaking her feet in after a long day at work.

Everything about the opening titles of Joey is horrendous. The song, the video, EVERYTHING.

Really? I love the theme song (and it does fit the theme of the show), and though the sequence is kind of dull, it's not terrible. But that's just me.

Taxi
Frasier (understated but classy...the animation around the space needle changes frequently...nice touch)
Wings (the visual transitions are just perfect for the music)
Everybody Loves Raymond (only when they used Steve Miller's "Jungle Love")
The Jefferson's (great song)
Welcome Back, Kotter (who didn't tune in just to hear that song?)
