I think in the later seasons they kept using the same plot: Carl does or says something stupid to Harriette and makes her angry. Then later, Harriette tells him off causing Carl to think about how wrong he was and he talks to her and asks for forgiveness. He says to her "I love you Mrs. Winslow" and she says "I love you too Mr. Winslow" and they hug and kiss and they make up. This got old fast. And in my opinion Carl started to get very childish in the later seasons as well. Anyone agree?

I agree, except there was that one time when Carl finally got to say this "Harriette, you were WRONG!"

That reminds me of one of my favorite Little Richie quotes.

Richie: I'm glad Uncle Carl is back.
Rachel: Richie, he didn't go anywhere.
Richie: Richie: Yeah he did, Aunt Harriette said he was in the doghouse.

God bless you always!!!
