Anyone who is an editor probably got this: Greetings, TV Tome editors!

It's our distinct pleasure to announce that, first and foremost, TV
Tome is now a part of the CNET Games & Entertainment group. As part of
this new partnership, a relaunch of the site is under way and has been
headed up by the same team that brought you GameSpot.com and MP3.com.
Additionally, the new TV Tome will live at a brand-new URL...(drumroll,
please) TV.com!

Soon the site will undergo a redesign, a user-submission tool upgrade,
and a launch of new community tools and functionality. This will allow
for better coverage of current shows, greater participation within the
community, and a whole slew of new site features. As longtime
contributors to TV Tome, we wanted you to be the first ones to hear this
exciting news.

Right now, we invite you to check out our new TV.com forums. Please
note, however, that the forums are the only "live" portion of the new
TV.com site. Essentially, they represent what the new design and layout
will look like. As well, we want to solicit your feedback as to what types
of new features you'd be interested in seeing on TV.com. Treat this
like a wish list: There's no idea that's too small, and there's no concept
that's too crazy. We want to hear any and all input you've got!

Edited to say: anyone who's a editor at TV Tome has to re-register and you are no longer editor of your shows. you don't apply anymore, whoever contributes the most to any guide is promoted to editor.

When does the change over take place

The forums are terrible, They don't have individual forums for each show - Unless they are taking their time to add them all.

It seems horrible, The design is too "techy" for TV Tome. I liked the old simplistic look.

Although TV Tomes software was never the most reliable.

From what I hear each show will have there own forums. Thatll come along when the site launches. I still think its gonna suck though.

The editors will only loose their guides, only if someone has contributed more to their guides.

So, for example, I'm the editor for One Day at a Time guide, if someone has contributed more than me, that person becomes editor. However, in this case, I have contributed the most.
