Despite Verna's qutting earlier in the season which messed up the whole ordering of the firings, one person still has to be fired every week. Personally, I dont get this because last year 2 people were fired in one episode which messed up the ordering of the firing yet they still did the final 4 interviews o_O

I figured they'd break up the women. I think they should really.
Anyway, it still should be interesting even though they're changing it. They're doing that a lot on all the reality shows I'm noticing. I don't mind it - it mixes it up a bit before it gets too boring and you always know what's coming.
