I cant believe what I was reading! I was looking at her bio on IMDB and she said:

""I'd kill myself if I was as fat as Marilyn Monroe".

In other Liz news, she says she wants to get plastic surgery.
"I have never had plastic surgery, but I'm ready for it now".

I think shes full of sh**.I've seen her in an old British drama and she has NO lips. She definetly had some surgery.

Anyway, she seems like a real bitch now!

what a way to make any overweight fans feel better about themselves.

Disillusionment is a hard thing, isn't it? It's sad to hear a person is actually that self-absorbed! But don't let it bother you too much. In the end, it'll only hurt her. Hopefully, as she grows older, she'll mature. If not, well... even she will grow old. She'll either have to accept it or kill herself...

That's what happens when you're given fame, fortune and people admiring you.

Oh, that is sick. As Sarah mentioned, I feel bad for her overweight fans.

There are those who can handle it. If she had an ounce of character the fame wouldn't be enough to go to her head. She would be humble. I admire Walter Koenig because he is a real down-to-earth person, dispite or because of his fame.

The very fact that Ms. Hurly has people who admire her should show her that she can't go around saying things like that! It hurts people and it hurts her image.

I know. I really have no opinion on the girl, but I make **** jokes like that all the time and I wouldn't call myself a horrible person.

That is true about anything a person says, I suppose. Politics uses that tactic. Sad, really.

Let's hope Ms. Hurly's words were simply taken out of context.

I've read that in today standards Marilyn Monroe was considered fat! Which is crazy. It goes to show you that in todays society unless you are a size 6 or lower you are chubby or fat! I hope Liz Hurley chokes on a doughnut! ;)

Geez, if anything over size 6 is fat nowadays then I must be fat if I'm a size 8!

At least back in MM's days "fat" people were still considered beautiful and they didnt' have to have a anorexic stick figure body!

I'm not a big Liz Hurley fan.
She was never much of an actress, and she's more famous for showing up at movie premiers and red carpet affairs wearing a dress that she was spilling out of, which any Hollywood hottie can do.
She had some crediblity when she was dating Hugh Grant, but nowadays she just hangs with rich guy sugardaddies.

When you have to take a paternity test to prove the identity of your baby's Daddy, that means you have a problem...

Bottom line is that Marilyn died 42 years ago and we're still talking about her. She's just as popular now as she was in the 50s and is an icon.

Will people even remember who the hell Elizabeth Hurley was 42 years from now?

Nuff said.
