I'm not sure if IDOJ fans are aware of this, but there's a sub-culture of fans out there that like to make not only fan fiction, but music videos.

I like to get the Stargate SG-1 videos. What the video editors do is take scenes from the series (I think a lot get them off the DVDs) and put them to a particular song, timing the images along with the song.

Eg, one song I really love depicts the characters Jack and Sam, to the song by the Turtles "Happy Together."

This is all done for entertainment, no money changes hands, just for the fun like fanfiction.

I mention this, because I didn't know if anyone here might want to do the same with IDOJ, esp now that it's on DVD.

Sadly, I have a 4 year old computer, which is a dinosaur compared to nowadays, or I'd try my own.

That's a site for makers of SG-1 music vids, but it's got general information on what software and hardware you'd need, etc.

I went to one site that had vids of such shows as "the West Wing" and "All My Children", so it's not just a sci-fi show phenomenon.
