didn;t you think it was odd that no one in the audience appluaded when Mrs. Roper opened the door and it was Larry?

Hopefully more of us can speculate about this when we all have a release of The Ropers in our hot little hands. It's looking good, Solomon, better than any of us realized...

Keep your fingers crossed... :)

Yeah Maybe in 2009 when the Ropers is released on DVD, this message board will be more active-lol

Larry wasn't a main character like Jack, Chrissy or Janet.

Now Brian you know that Larry was a big Part of Three's Company. Now if Mr. Angelino had guest starred then I can see the audience not applauding. But Larry was the best friend of the Main Character

Larry was a big part, but not really at this point. Season 2 he appeared every few episodes, Season 3 a bit more but until Season 4 he wasn't creditted so was a pretty small role. If Larry guest starred on Three's a Crowd then it would have been a different story.

He did guest star on Three's A Crowd and he didn't get an applause there either.

No applause on Three's A Crowd either, have the tape to prove it-lol

Like I said, nobody really cared about Larry. It would've been different if it was one of the main 3.

I always thought it was strange that Don Knotts didn't get any applause the first time he appeared on Three's Company.
