I probably won't get around to posting very much around here...(just not really 'into' forums, no offense to everyone here. :) ) But my friend Cassandra is a member here, so I thought I should join and post every now and then.

I've been a John Ritter fan since 1998 when I saw him guest-starring in "The Cosby Show" and a Three's Company fan since 1999. I watch 1+ hours of a show per day. My favorite season by far is season six and my favorite episodes include, in no particular order, (I can't make up my mind on which is #1, #2, etc) "Up in the Air," "Jack Goes the Distance," "Macho Man," "A Night Not to Remember," "Two Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest," "She Loves Me, She Loves Me Not," "Jack's Tattoo," etc.

One question: I notice some of you have pictures on your siggies, but HTML does not seem to work for me in the signature box? Can anyone help? Thank you!

Well, I am going to sign off now to start playing the T.C. theme song. :)

Welcome aboard!! I was the same as you - not interested in chat boards that much but signed up just after John died. Turns out I'm hooked on these boards now! We have some really great people on here and talk about everything in a fairly friendly manner! I'm now one of the most prolific posters here now I think!! :lol: I'm Cathie btw.

As for your sig thing, I'm afraid I can't help you - haven't tried using a HTML. I'll bet somebody will have the answer for you by tonight though. The board will pickup around 5 p.m. again and some of these kids really know their stuff!

i think they disabled the html thing for putting pics in your sig, the reason some people have them is probably b/c it's considered and smiley... there are 2 or 3 tc pics that are considered similes, but i wish they would let us put pics in our sig.

oh ya and BTW your site is awesome :D

Welcome to the board JohnRittersHappyWife! I took a quick look at your site and it looks like you put a lot of work into it. I don't have the time to explore it right now (boss wouldn't appreciate it!) so I'll check it out later!

Hi Cassandra and Chelsea!!! Thanks, everyone, for making me feel welcomed! I think I have a major Three's Company problem...I played the theme song at least thirty times today and I watched six episodes...

Oh, and I forget to mention...that I have a dog named Tripper! And my bird's middle name is Stanley, after Stanley Roper. :D (we call him Thunder, but his middle name is Stanley) I know how much Stanley loved his budgie, so I had to honor him in some way.

That's so cute about your pets, Nadine! Unfortunately my pets were already named before I got in to TC(I'm fairly new to the whole TC show)....If I ever get a cat of my own, I'm gonna name him Jack Tripper :)

I never knew so many people were into T.C.! I was surprised that my second and third favorite TV shows (All in the Family and Green Acres) don't have half as many posts as here...

Cool! I have two dogs and five cats!! None are named after TC, but I do have a cat named Thunder!!!

You'll really like it here - I've found it very addicting! Be sure to watch for Ventura Highway's TC Fanfics - they're great - and best of all - you can read the repeats anytime you like!!

You can't put pics in your sig, but you can upload and paste ones as long as they're within 150 X 150 pixels. I've seen a lot of gorgeous ones of John!!

Snails.....snails as pets....hummm......and I thought I was animal crazy!!! :lol:

Just kidding - are they those giant snails or just smaller ones in an aquarium? I have to admit, I used to like watching them myself when I was younger - both in the aquarium and also outside in nature!

I think the name Larry is appropriate for a snail!!! (Just don't tell Katie that)!

yep i love my snails.... umm they are about 5 inches long or something like that, and they're land snails. I used to have a water snail, i bought him when he was really little, and he grew soooo much...his name was Jerry... i know this is really off topic, but i had to share my love of snails with all of you.

I have like two fanfics I think. I'm trying to update them the best I can. But I'm also in three RP's. You should check those out too - we like to write a lot. :)

I LOVE writing, but I couldn't write a good fiction story if my life depended on it...So, I guess I won't be joining in on the Fan Fiction, unless you all would like to read a really lousy story. LOL.

Aw..that's ok. I think I read your story though. It's not bad though. You just need to know how to write properly, with like paragraphs and stuff like that. You can check one of my RP's if you want an example.

Nadine, I finally got around to exploring your web site. Very nice work! And I actually learned something new, that the guy who played Larry's boss in "Jack Moves Out" was Mr. Angelino. I had never caught that, but as I think of the scene around the dinner table, I can hear his voice in my head and sure 'nuf, it is him! :eek: I've got your site bookmarked and will drop by from time to time. :wave:
