When the running time is listed does that include the extras or is it just the episodes of the show?

Bewitched is said to have a runtime of 917 minutes and I don't know if that includes extras. I calculated it and it is about right for the complete episodes only and not including extras. I'm thinking of pre-ordering it but ever since some TV show DVDs were released with edited episodes, I am a little apprehensive about pre-ordering sets before they are released.
