I believe it is in Episode 19 when Emily says that Laurelei burned all of her baby pictures, but doesn't Rory find one of them in Episode 8 during the big snow storm.

i dont' think it's a baby picture, she finds a picture that Loreli saved of her and Chris when they were teenagers
