Ain't that a b**ch? This dude was awesome when he played for the Atlanta Hawks in the 80's & early 90's. Atlanta hasn't been s**t since they traded him to the Clippers for soft ass Danny Manning. Atlanta should've never traded him. He should've finished his career a Hawk. Critics dogged him for a lot of years cause they said he was selfish & he was only interested in scoring & nothin else. He wasn't a good defender but he was a decent rebounder. He was a awesome dunker. He should've won against Michael Jordan in the slam dunk contest in 88 at Chicago at all star weekend. I felt he was cheated. I don't understand how he's not on 50 greatest players list. That's a insult. He also got snubbed recently to go into the hall of fame. I saw him at all star weekend this year when he coached Josh Smith to win the slam dunk contest. Dominique let Josh wear his jersey which was a honor to Josh. I also saw Dominique in a NBA commercial for NBA apparel where they showed former NBA players like Kenny Smith, Clyde Drexler, James Worthy workin in a factory. I saw a black dude at a gas station awhile ago wearing a Dominique Wilkins Hawks jersey. I asked the dude how much he paid for it & he said $400 LOL. What a idiot. I ain't paying that much for a jersey. I do want a Dominique Hawks jersey though.

'nique got dissed when they left him off of the 50 greatest players list a few years ago. They put Shaq up there instead and at the time Shaq didn't pay his dues. Dominique really got dissed when the Hawks traded him to the Clippers for bum ass Danny Manning. That had to be one of the stupidest trades in sports history. Dominique was having his best season as a Hawk and they had a winning record too. The Hawks haven't had an exciting player since he left.

It may have something to do with Nique never getting pass the 2nd round of the playoffs.

yeah, that's something. alright. With Joe Dumars, he played in Isiah Thomas's shadow and that probably delayed him. Dominique should have automatically been there. He gets no respect from the league.
