I read somewhere online that Barbara Eden died. The I read somewhere else she & Major Nelson are still alive. I was wondering which info is correct? Thanks to anyone who knows...

VERY alive and well! She was in a skit about Desperate Housewives in the recent TV Land awards.

Still looks fantastic too!

And yes, Larry Hagman is also still alive - after battling liver cancer (I think) a few years ago.

Wow - who would post a horrible rumor like that?

Hey - I know, on second thought, check the article again if you can - or even google, now that you mention that, I think I remember something about her losing her son to cancer (or something else) - but it definitely was her son. (Which is also really sad) :(

I'd heard about her son which was sad. I'd read this on some message boards I came across on the internet but I have no idea what their name was or what their url/urrl address was...

Barbara Eden, Larry Hagman, and Bill Daliey are all still alive.

In fact, I was just reading an interview with Larry Hagman on another website where he was talking about his other, famous TV role-J.R. Ewing on "Dallas" (in case anyone's interested, he says he wouldn't mind playing him again)

That was one of my favourite actresses of all time Elizabeth Montgomery from Bewitched. She died of cancer :(

Barbara is still alive and well, and still looks beautiful for her age.She strikes me as the kind of woman who'll never know ugly, she's been beautiful her whole life so far.

I didn't know until now that her son died of a drug overdose.Thats really sad.I dont like drugs as you can see from my user title. My Dad has been a heroin addict since he was 18,and is now 47.He was clean for 2 years after I was born, and thats IT.He almost died of an overdose outside a bar here, but ambulances revived him.

Wow - I'm really sorry to hear that FreshPrincess. That's like me with alcohol - my dad was an alcoholic and I can only remember him sober for about 6 months until he died when I was 19. :( Sucks doesn't it.

Yes, Elizabeth Montgomery died of Cancer in 1995. I remember watching the Marathon on TV.. I was in 5th grade I believe. Yes, very sad. Pracically all of the cast from "Bewitched" is dead. Of course not Erin and Diane Murphy and the guy who portrayed Adam.

Yes, that was sad. And I like her a lot too. :(

Dr Bombay (Bernard Fox), Erin Murphy, the guy who played Adam and the woman who played Louise Tate are the cast of BW that are still alive. So is Bill Asher, who was the director/producer of BW. BTW, there are two tie-ins to IDOJ there ...Bernard Fox was in a season 1 episode of IDOJ, and Bill Asher directed one of the reunion movies (the 1985 movie, I think).

Erin Murphy and Bernard Fox are going to be at the upcoming Burbank Hollywood Collectors Show, which is an autograph show, July 30-31. Erin was at the one in April - I was able to meet her. She is a sweetheart and still very blond and pretty.

NO, NOT YET!!!!

{if she WAS, she must have doing a very good job promoting the first volume of the show on DVD and appearing with Mr. Hagman on Staten Island a few weeks back using lots of ectoplasm!!!!!}

Actually, the role of son Adam was also played by twins (David and Greg Lawrence).
