I suspect Commander Benson can answer this, but I was wondering something:
Using Dr. Bellows as an example, how would you have both his rank and "Dr." in there?
Lt. Colonel Dr. Alfred Bellows? or Dr. Lt. Colonel Alfred Bellows?
Or would it be LC?
I tried finding the proper protocol on the 'net, via Google, with no luck.
I need to know, cuz in Roger's diary (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/2341509/1/) (PG-13), it says at the top of each day's entry "From the Diary of Major Dr. Roger Edward Healey."
(I've made him a Ph. D. in Planetary Sciences. And gave him a middle name.)
I just wanna make sure that's right.
Any input is appreciated, thanks!
