I have never found any information about approximately how many of the GP episodes were the b&w ones and how many of them were the color ones. TV-Land recently showed the series finale, in which Sgt. Carter was thinking of all of the disasters that Gomer got Sgt. Carter involved in, and then the next one they showed was the b&w one in which Don Rickles plays an old wartime buddy of Sgt. Carter. That was the only b&w that I saw on TV-Land - did they show other ones that I missed (don't know how, I tape it every day). Why doesn't TV-Land repeat the run of G&P from the very beginning to the very end, in order?

They've done so until they recently aired the final episode. Now, they're skipping episodes all the time, and, they even skipped the first two parts of the crew on sea duty, but, they aired the final part, where Carter is challenged to a boxing match
