Studios don't realize, it takes me but a few days to watch DVDs, but they take their jolly old time with them. Not fair! :mad:

I haven't heard anything but I wish I have. I can't wait to get full versions of the third season.

I have a few tapes from TV Land, but they're startin' to look like crap. So I can't wait for a DVD release!

i have some from TV Land to and some from nick at nite and some from TBS and some from TNT. The TBS ones are the worse. I shouldn't have taped them in SLP

oh boy. They must have just posted that because I was just there. I thought I would have to wait until January again. This is great news. July is close to. Now if only the second season of the Munsters would come out. I hope there are more things with the cast and Sherwood Schwartz. Box Art is avaliable soon to it says.

Cover art shouldn't look much different than the Season 1 and Season 2 cover art.

yeah the box is probably going to be beach because the first one was ocean and the second was palm tress so the third has to be sandy. And then a cast picture and then a three on the side. Similarity is good though. Preetry ironic how we were just talking about it and its then announced.

Fantastic news. I was dreading waiting until next year for the 3rd season. Funny you should say a sand orientated cover art, cause I was thinking the same thing and with a shell where the life preserver and idol goes. I hope the group picture is a lot clearer than the second season's cover. And I wonder what the extras will be......

I'm going to guess the Third season cover will be a bamboo design.

I hope they have orignal promos and bloopers or something. There will probably be a Season 3 Introduction like on the second season. Sherwood Schwartz has been involved in both DVD sets so I can see him being in this one also.

DVD Answers had news up before TSoD, and I think before you guys started the thread. But you all have to admit, like gilligan fanatic said, it is preeety ironic!

It's great to hear that Season 3 will be available this summer----as soon as it's released I'll have about 7 VHS tapes that can be erased! :lol:

Whoever said recently that the eps shown on TBS were badly butchered was exactly right. Each episode has at least two 90-second segments cut from it to make room for the obscene number of commercials they run now compared to 1964-1967 :mad: :(
