Hi all,
In one "Gomer" episode, "Opie" (played by Ronny Howard), the son of Gomer's Mayberry buddy Sheriff Andy Taylor, ran away from home and showed up at Gomer's Marine barracks. Among the Marines Opie met there was Gomer's bunkmate "Duke" Slater (played by Ronnie Schell).
Can anyone name another time when Ron Howard and Ronnie Schell shared the screen? Hint: It was another TV series.

Did Ron Howard and Ronnie Schell have a scene together in the Andy Griffith Show episode were Aunt Bee was the "Foster's Furniture Polish" lady and did a commercial?, Schell was the director of the commercial in that episode.

I know Ronnie Schell played a bomb shelter salesman in an episode of "Happy Days".

Thanks for the reply! I'm not sure about that "Andy Griffith Show." Not familiar with that one.

Actually, what I had in mind was a "Happy Days" episode, but not the bomb shelter episode. I was thinking of one in which Richie, Potsie & Ralph went to see an old army buddy of Mr. C.'s, I think, named Monty Miller (Ronnie Schell), who had become a big show business agent. They wanted to get a famous actor to appear in their production of "Hamlet." They eventually convinced Fonzie to do it, instead.
