If there hasn't been one yet, I think they should do one. At least most of the cast are doing alright from what I have heard adn are alive. (Thank God, you know, kid/teen actors nowadays.) Wouldn't it be cool to see Alex as a congressman or politican, or Mallory as a fashion designer married with Nick? I would love to see a reunion, just like the Growing Pains reunion.
I'd like to see a reunion too.But Gary David Goldberg said that it was an 80's show so there would be no reunion.Too bad...
The cast of The Facts of Life said they would never do a reunion movie either unless one of them was on welfare, and their reunion movie is airing on November 18th so you never know. If the cast wanted to do one, I think NBC would give them the green light for it.

I remember looking at the last episode. He said, "won't happen again". There is no chance that there would be reunion. Although it would be nice it there was.

Of course they could always change their minds later on - But I wouldn't hold my breath! It's probably quite unlikely...

I believe MJF's health precludes him being able to go for a FT reunion. Would you want a reunion without him? I think he made the show. Maybe if everyone sent some money to his foundation, though, they might find a cure for Parkinsons sooner.

I agree. That's ashame too! If there's ONE reunion movie that I think would come out decent for a change, it would be a Family Ties reunion. It would be interesting to see just how successful "Alex" came out later on in life.
My heart goes out to Michael J. Fox.....it's so sad that he has Parkinsons now. A reunion most definitely would NOT be the same without him.

A reunion would be nice of course.. But last time I saw MJF on tv he was being interviewed during the whole stem cell research thing, and you could clearly see the effects of Parkinsons Disease, he was shaking a lot. :(
Didn't Alex's character go on to work on Wall Street?
Even though his character was politcally minded, I always assumed he was more money hungry.
