Hi, I am very anxious to reach Jim Nabors! It is of a very personal nature. You see, I recently heard something of Jim having some kind of a transplant. On January 18, 2000; my 14 year old daughter went into kidney failure and she is now for a year been on dialysis every other day to keep her alive! My whole world is falling apart around me while my every waking moment is spent worring about my daughter Ashley! I would love some comforting and encouraging words of encouragement from Jim! It would be like a dream to me! I watch Gomer Pyle daily and that is the only time that I actually enjoy myself, have a good time, and maybe even laugh! His old show is the only thing that takes me away from the "real world"! I would at least like the opportunity to let Jim know that! Ashley is going to need a kidney transplant somewhere in the future and I don't know if I can even handle the wait through the operation. I need some emotional support! I think the world of Jim! If I am not watching his reruns on TV, I am watching one of the 10 videotapes I have of his show; and of course the shows of "Andy Griffith". A dear friend of mine created a webpage about Ashley.
