This year is the year for anniversery for sketch comedy / variety shows. Saturday Night Live is celebrating its 30th Anniversery, while Mad TV is celebrating its 10th Anniversery. Even Nickelodeon's sketch show All That is celebrating its 10th Anniversery this month.

But one show we are forgeting is In Living Color. This month is the 15th Anniversery. On April 15, 1990 In Living Color premered on Fox. I just like to remind everyone about that.

In Living Color was an important sketch show. It had late night edge humor in prime time. And it was the first sketch show to embrass hip hop.

I love "In Living Color". One of best sketch comedy shows ever. It's much better than "Saturday Night Live". I used to love that show since I was a kid. I have a copy of "In Living Color" on VHS. The was reran on FX years ago but its not on anymore. I have the copy that someone copied off of FX since the late 90's. The quality was poor. One of the best shows ever starring a young Jim Carrey with J-Lo as a fly girl dancer along with Keenan Ivory Wayans. Great show but I haven't seen it in such a long time. 15 years would be a great year.
