Somebody posted over at TVTome that theres gonna be a season 2. You heard anything about it Pav?

It's way too early to make any type of prediction like that. Let it get more than a handful of episodes under its belt and then you can guess.

Well... it's not part of the early renewals.

The ratings have been terrible and are getting worse every week, so I don't expect it to be renewed.

Jake in Progress is a very Good Show.

4th place last night... behind CBS, NBC, and FOX. Sad...

"Survivor: Palau" put CBS in front at 8 p.m. with an 11.7/19. Reruns of "Joey" and "Will & Grace" averaged 5.0/8 for NBC to finish second in households, but FOX's "The O.C." (4.6/7) snagged a few more total viewers. An hour's worth of "Jake in Progress" gave ABC a 4.0/6. "WWE Smackdown!" was fifth for UPN, beating two episodes of "Blue Collar TV" on The WB.

I think that season 2 is just a rumor.

Jake in Progress has been cancelled. Acording to Cancelled shows 2005 site. But they won't official until Tuesday. So make sure you watch E! Live for all Networks to announce their line-up for the fall.

Thats a shame. I enjoyed this show. Although Carol Vessey or whatever that blonde girls real name is who ended up with Jake kind of bugged me. I'm going to miss Patrick the weirdo most of all.

This will be the 3rd show this season that I watched on Thursdays thats been cancelled. First it was "Life As We Know It". Then it was "Point Pleasant" and now "Jake In Progress". I think I'll skip whatever the networks put on Thursdays between 8-10pm from now on.

This is really too bad. The show deserved more of a chance. :(
