Do you remember the game show called "Trivia Trap"? It was a game show hosted by Bob Eubanks. Next week will be 20 years since "Trivia Trap" went off the air. The game show was kinda short lived. It was on the old GSN back in 2003 for quite some time in the morning. I always love the sound effect of a wrong answer where the contestant answer the right answer instead of a wrong answer. This sound effect was also used as a tool for a pricing game on "The Price Is Right" called "Pathfinder". Do you remember that episode where a contestant steps on a number and got it wrong? That was the sound of when you make a mistake. "Eeeeerrrrooooo!!!" "Pathfinder" came out in 1988 on the "Price Is Right". That was three years prior to "Trivia Trap" where the sound effect was first used when you get a wrong answer. That brings back great moments of one of Bob Eubanks short lived game show, "Trivia Trap". The show ended after one season 20 years ago next week. If you have any response, please post about the remembrance of "Trivia Trap" back when it was canceled 20 years ago. Thanks!http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/wink.gif

I remember Trivia Trap. This was one of the few quiz shows produced by Mark Goodson. Bob Eubanks hosted the show, which featured the Juniors (Under 30) vs. the Seniors (Over 30). Everyone on the show was dressed casually in sweaters. Unfortunately, the show didn't last (like many others) opposite The Price is Right.

And do you remember the sound effect when they got it wrong? Here is that sound:

This sound effect was a tool for a game called "Pathfinder", the one that you've seen on "The Price Is Right" where a contestant was stepping on a number when he/she got it wrong. I love that game. "Pathfinder" could be seen on occasional episodes.
