What is everyones thoughts on Lauryn Hill. I recently bouht her CD "The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill" and I have to say that it is great. What I'm most impresses with is the lyrics she writes...some of them are so powerful, and her transitions from singing to rapping are incredibly smooth. My favorite songs are: Doo Wop (That Thing), Final Hour, Everything is Everything, Every Ghetto Every City, and Forgive Them Father. I think I like her better solo than with The Fugees but I love The Fugees also.

Does anyone else have thoughts on her?

I absolutely adore Lauryn Hill. I think she's just so talented and we don't get to see people like her come around too often. I think "Ex-factor" would have to be my favorite song by her. Her lyrics are amazing and she's got such a unique voice.

I like the Fugees too, btw.

She's got a pretty good voice, I haven't heard many songs, but shes pretty good.

I don't care much for rap/hiphop/R&B, but I have a lot of respect for Lauryn Hill. She's awesome. I loved her in the Fugees as well.
