It was a haunting episode. Since all these segments are the same the feature that stood out was the family believed it was the bunk bed that caused the hauntings. Anyway, during that segment one of the actors belted out the freakiest scream I've ever heard. You honestly felt like he saw something. He was sleeping in the kids room and supposedly saw a old woman. Still to this day when I see the reruns on Lifetime that scream rocks!!

Am I out of my mind or is there someone who agrees with me? lol

I totally agree with you. I have that segment on tape and have only watched it a few times, it scares me too much. The man saw a old lady? I thought he saw a "spector", whatever that is. There is also a really scary part where the man comes home from work and he sees his garage on fire, but it really wasn't on fire. Too freaky.

Yep, me too. I only watch this episode during the daylight hours, I will not watch this segment at night. It just freaks me out to much. And yes the actor who did that scream, bone-chilling!

My first time I saw this episode in UM, I remember the segment where Robert Stack began to introduce the story where there is a frame of the calm night sky when all of a sudden it switches to a scream where the spectre of a Spanish monk is seen through a cabin window. I thought that was spooky. It was funny because my sister was sleeping in the living room and I put the surround sound on the big screen at full blast and played the shot. She jumped out the couch, it was funny as h-ll. :happyface

dude, that scream plays when my windows xp starts up! I'm actually going to Horicon this weekend and I'm looking at microfilm about the filming of the segment. I'm pretty sure it lists the actors. I have got to track this dude down! I want to record his scream!

I thought the Gretchen Burford murder was pretty scary. I think I'll always be able to hear her cry, "He STABBED me!"

Nope, that's the right case. She was a criminal defense lawyer who was, I believe, car jacked and then then stabbed in her car. They DID catch the guy, I think, but it was such a horrible (and ironic) way for a person to die.

Appreciate it, I knew it sounded familiar. I never saw any update on it. I wish I did.

When they showed the actual picture of the unknown dead man, because they had no other way to identify him. When I saw it years ago, it was the first time I'd ever seen what a real dead person looks like. Needless to say, I was haunted by that image for a while.

The Canadian UFO case where the scary music was playing and it filmed the unknown person 'Gaurdian' typeing his letter on his typewriter was pretty freaky, since they don't know who gaurdian is or what he represents. He was typeing 'G-A-U-R-D-I-A-N'.

What other ones?

Oh, yes, the Charles Southern, Jr. case where the sinister Nigerian tribal symbol of death was left in his apartment afgter he disappeared. A coat was neatly folded on a stool symbolizing death. But who or what could've killed him, if they did? Alot of questions point to the cult leader, Terri Hoffman.
That was a creepy and interesting segment.

If I think of more, I'll post them. lol

Cheers

For me, it's a toss up between the bunk beds episode, St. James Hotel, or the one where the house in Nevada was haunted by three mischevious spirits. SCARY!!!
