HI all. Maybe this thread has been posted before. But i just want to see what others thoughts are on this issue, or if they have anymore information.

After the end of Frasier I read a few articles or at least rumors that we havent seen that last of Frasier. That maybe the character would once again return in a new series. And with the way the show ended it kind of sets itself up for a new series if they wanted to. One that would maybe take place in Chicago, where he was flyig to be with that girl (if i remember correctly).

Let me know what you all think or know.

thanks much
~~Drew~~

It was planned, but it never played out. Maybe there is a pilot script sitting in a drawer somewhere at the "Grub Street Productions" studio.

Actually he IS in a new series that just started a couple of weeks ago but its not a sitcom. Its a sketch comedy show similar to short takes like Laugh In was. It think it's on Sunday nights at 9 p.m. I've only had the luck to catch parts of it, but from what I've seen its very good. Kelsey usually is in the last skit.

I still miss Niles tho!! :(

I miss Niles, too.

Has anyone seen the ratings for Kelsey's new show? Has it done well? I've only seen one episode.

It won't be on much longer. Only something like 2 more episodes. It was alright while it lasted, nothing special.

Ok, that was fast.

Jane Leeves has a sitcom coming out in September on WB.

BEST LAID PLANS (A.K.A. UNTITLED JEFF KLEEMAN/MICHAEL SALTZMAN PROJECT) (The WB) - Jane Leeves ("Frasier") has joined the cast of the comedy pilot, which now appears to be running under the title "Best Laid Plans." The 20th Century Fox Television/Imagine Television-based project, revolves around a woman whose mother (Leeves) meets the man who was her anonymous sperm donor. Jeff Kleeman and Michael Saltzman are behind the project, which is also executive produced by Imagine's Brian Grazer and David Nevins.

If it's on the WB, it won't last. I would've much preferred her in a Frasier spinoff with David Hyde Pierce.

Ahhh really? I thought it was good. At least is something new and different from anything else they're putting on!

So what else is new - let good new shows die and keep the crap! :(

Im excitied to see Jane Leeves in a new sitcom, and on the WB to. I like the channel and sitcoms do get there chance. Maybe they arent as popular as sitcoms on NBC. But the WB can get good sitcoms. If its a good show it has a good chance.
