View Full Version : Spin-Off Called The Golden Palace callmetootie 04-06-2001, 08:57 PM Was the short-lived spin-off, The Golden Palace is reruns anywhere? ------------------ Andrew Carden Bluestone 04-13-2001, 04:44 PM No, they don't show it because it flopped [This message has been edited by Bluestone (edited 09-21-2001).] ThomasE 08-10-2001, 05:26 PM The show was awesome. It was real good. CBS gave it a lousy timeslot if you ask me. Osh 08-11-2001, 09:59 AM What was the timeslot. I cant imagine any EPISODE, let alone the series, flopping with those spunky seniors. Just because Bea wasnt a regular? callmetootie 08-19-2001, 11:37 AM Well, Tv Guide did what they could to get people to watch it. I know that The Return Of Dorothy had a very good rating, but people I guess couldn't get used to it. The ratings were in the 40's I think. ------------------ Andrew Carden ThomasE 10-06-2001, 05:48 AM I remember reading the ratings in th paper. Sometimes it would be in 59 and even in 73. GoldenGuy 07-26-2002, 07:00 PM 59 and 73 aint THAT bad. It should've been given another chance. I really want to see re runs of it. Sam Malone 08-01-2002, 04:27 PM The time slot was Friday at 8:00/7:00 c. It was followed by "Major Dad", "Designing Women", "Bob", and then "Picket Fences." Here's the schedule of all the shows in 1992. http://www.tvguide.com/50th/timecapsule/whatwason/1992.asp |
