Yeah "Thelma Little Girl" is the episode your thinking about. It's when Thelma wanted to have a baby but she becomes a foster mom for the little girl. And the little girl screamed and screamed for most of the day until she saw Thelma crying and she told Thelma that she was sorry for giving her such a hard time. And I believe the little girl was on the next two episodes after that, One when everyone thought she stole the church money from the collection plates and the other one when she gets adopted.

Then thats def. it...thanks alot
funniest episode ever even though i haven't seen it in years
I think it was one when Jackee came on the show. There was this one scene where the Deacon was getting married and all of a sudden, the chuch catches on fire and the wedding party eased its way out of the door as the wedding rites were still being read. That to me was funny, especially when Thelma first says "Daddy, the church is on fire! the church is on fire!"
