I'm new to TAGS...I don't remember a lot of episodes from growing up but I just recently got the first year DVDs, and have seen some of the season 3 public domain episodes....and I've got to say I'm finding the Andy Taylor character mighty attractive! Just the way he is so tender with his son (especially in the season opener The New Housekeeper and other ones like Bringing Up Opie). I also like his guitar playing and even the plaid shirts he wears sometimes (when not in his sheriff's uniform, which is attractive in itself :D). The way he was so nice to Aunt Bee when she came (hugging her and saying "well you shore got somewhere to go and plenty to do" and welcoming her so much...telling Opie about her raising him: "ooweee, and what a mess 'o loving that was")....I dunno, gosh darn it all, he just seems so nice and yet he's got that Alpha Male thing goin' on to...looking after the town the way he does and basically being the one in charge. So just wondering if there are any other females here who also find Andy Taylor attractive in this way? :D
