The episode is called Mel is Hogg-Tied

Boss Hogg and Deputy Enos of "The Dukes of Hazzard" pay a surprise visit. Up to his usual low tricks, Boss makes an offer to lease the diner that Mel can't refuse but should.

more like a CROSSOVER episode. I just didn;t see how Jolene could be related to Boss Hogg. This, to me, was a lame excuse to cross-promote the CBS shows.

yeah it was great i think if Boss Hogg n Enos Guest on ALice then. They schould of returned the favor and went on Dukes of Hazzard as well.

like make that 1 a part 1 episode and part 2 on Dukes of Hazzard. yeah Jolenne being related to Boss Hogg didnt make any sense he schould of been a good or enemy of Mels.

that comes back for revenge in ordor to tear the dinor down also what would been better if Rosco and bene there instead of Enos lol.or better yet Hughie hogg lol

The episodes don't have titles. This is something the Internet community has started doing: giving titles to episodes. Watch any episode. Nowhere is any title present for any episode.

This was easily the worst episode of Alice. The Dukes of Hazzard was pure junk, and to have characters from there appear on Alice was too much.

For some reason I thought the Dukes of Hazzard was based in the same city as Alice which is why they did the crossover. But I think I read they never mentioned what city DOH was based it.

Dukes of Hazzard was set in the fictional Hazzard County, Georgia - a short drive from Atlanta.

Ok well the crossover made no sense then. I thought both shows was set in Arizona

You obviously haven't seen all episodes of Alice, then. There are many great Alice episodes, and the Boss Hogg episode is not one of them.

i honestly dont remember them actually saying it, but i think it was implied whenever they went to the state capital, Atlanta, and the fact that they were within an hour's drive from it.

I must love crap too! As long as DOH isn't taken seriously and acknowledged as being just a fun show, it is very enjoyable. I would love to see this Alice episode! If Boss Hogg was related to Jolene, then it makes sense that he might visit. As far as him having a business interest in diner in Arizona, nah, that's too far out there. The Dukes were DEFINITELY in GA, because the TN and AL line was mentioned more than once as well as Atlanta or HOT-Lanta as Cooter called it.

It was definitely mentioned they were in Georgia, but I thought they always referred to it as "Capitol City" rather than Atlanta. Incidently, the first 12 or 13 episodes were actually taped in Georgia, then they moved the production to California. (if you've ever been to Georgia, you can recognize some of the features, like the red mud/clay, in those early episodes :) )

Rob I think it's ok to trash Dukes of Hazzard on a Alice Message Board-lol Now I would agree with you if he had said that on a DOH board
