I bought the Different Strokes DVD set today and watched the Girls School episode where we see Eastland for the first time. Wow, it really wasn't that good. I love the first season but this particular episode was especially bad. There were like a million girls running and jumping around. Plus, some of the girls were missing like Cindy and Natalie. There was a girl named Jennifer that had a few speaking lines and I was like who is that? I don't know. What did you guys think of it? I just wish Facts of Life would get it's own release on DVD with seasons 1-2.

yeah it sucked. i liked the first season also, but it was really bad. i have that on dvd too. they can't deny us for much longer. hopefully by the end of this year, we will get the seasion 1& 2 set, with LOADS of extras.

I quite enjoyed watching "THE GIRL S SCHOOL": it s the 1st time we see BLAIR interact with MRS. G + i love what a great chemistry they have on set already! NANCY, on the other hand (who was supposed to be the main one) gave a rather weak performance.......
