View Full Version : What are the biggest lessons you've learnt in life..
Belair 03-26-2005, 04:12 PM Mine is: Dont trust people too easily. You cant always trust the people you'd like to
trust. You've gotta be careful who you confide in,because you give them the
power to destroy you. ;)

Belair 03-26-2005, 06:03 PM Start panicking when your hairdresser or doctor says 'Uh-Oh'.
Kay Scarpetta 03-26-2005, 07:01 PM Think before you act!
And don't boil coffee.
¤I Love Clay Aiken¤ 03-26-2005, 07:21 PM Do what you want to do, not what others what you to do, or what you think others would want you to do.

Yes! And after all these years I've stopped caring about other people more than myself. From now on,I live for me,because thats all anyone else does.
Sharop 03-26-2005, 08:26 PM I learned my ABCs. (That was from watching Sesame Street, which was responsible for some landmark moments in my formative years.)
The world is not full of entirely nice people.
Fantasy is safer for me than reality, and, at times, more pleasant.
If you ask for a Red Ryder BB Gun, you'll be told that you'll "shoot your eye out" by your mother, your teacher and a very horrible Santa Claus.
If you interfere with your parents' first meeting, you'll be erased from existence unless you do something about it.
Sitcoms are some of the greatest shows in the world.
Music has poweful abilities.
I also learned how to defend your home against burglars - fill it with booby traps and watch them get "all tore up."

I like those two.Especially the last one,I live in a fantasy world.I'd hate to live in reality all the time. ;)
Sharop 03-26-2005, 08:45 PM ^ Thank you, Fresh Princess! I live in a fantasy world a lot too; I even have imaginary conversations (some of them with real people that I'd like to know in real life, some with imaginary people.) Besides, I am of the belief that there are alternate realities where all these great characters exist - so in an alternate reality, the guys from "Taxi", "Cheers" and "Frasier" will exist.
