Sweet Brunette 03-26-2005, 08:02 AM Dont you hate when you're watching a show and To Be Continued comes up at the end? Belair 03-26-2005, 08:13 AM Usually yes,it does. But it doesn't kill me to wait til the next episode either. Superstar 03-26-2005, 12:26 PM Yeah, I remember I was watching Charmed a few weeks back, and I didn't know the episode was to be continued at all, and when it came up on the screen, I got really annoyed! AB 03-05-2007, 05:07 PM It is maddening, especially when you're not expecting it. waichingliu81 03-06-2007, 10:39 AM it depends on how much i love the show. if it's a show that i don't enjoy watching very much then i couldn't care less really TVFactFan 03-06-2007, 01:09 PM I think it's more annoying on Current shows since you have to wait a whole week rather than syndication when it's the next day KurtfromPitts 03-06-2007, 02:50 PM Annoys the stuffing out of me too. What's worse, if it's a first run broadcast network show, and the local affiliate pre-empts it for a sporting event or some other such thing, and to add insult to injury, doesn't air the pre-empted show at all. AB 03-06-2007, 02:56 PM Annoys the stuffing out of me too. What's worse, if it's a first run broadcast network show, and the local affiliate pre-empts it for a sporting event or some other such thing, and to add insult to injury, doesn't air the pre-empted show at all. Thats really the pits because some events don't get showed again. Scoobiedoo30 03-06-2007, 03:03 PM I dont mine when it say's To Be Continued catlover79 03-06-2007, 05:37 PM If it's a good episode, then I get a bit annoyed when it's "to be continued". If you're watching it in syndication, you only have to wait a day as opposed to a week, or if it's a back to back deal, you don't have to wait at all! :D James 03-07-2007, 03:47 AM I get very outraged when the words TO BE CONTINUED appear! I want the conflict to be resolved in the thirty minutes allowed one episode! I HATE SUSPENSE!!! :soapbox: friendsfan77 03-07-2007, 09:43 AM I think it's worse if this occurs and the cliffhanger somehow doesn't get to be resolved. |
