Yeah, I remember I was watching Charmed a few weeks back, and I didn't know the episode was to be continued at all, and when it came up on the screen, I got really annoyed!

It is maddening, especially when you're not expecting it.

I think it's more annoying on Current shows since you have to wait a whole week rather than syndication when it's the next day

Annoys the stuffing out of me too. What's worse, if it's a first run broadcast network show, and the local affiliate pre-empts it for a sporting event or some other such thing, and to add insult to injury, doesn't air the pre-empted show at all.

Thats really the pits because some events don't get showed again.

If it's a good episode, then I get a bit annoyed when it's "to be continued". If you're watching it in syndication, you only have to wait a day as opposed to a week, or if it's a back to back deal, you don't have to wait at all! :D

I get very outraged when the words TO BE CONTINUED appear! I want the conflict to be resolved in the thirty minutes allowed one episode! I HATE SUSPENSE!!!

I think it's worse if this occurs and the cliffhanger somehow doesn't get to be resolved.
