Does anyone else feel like sh*t after waking up from a sleep in the day time? I cant seem to have a nap,without waking up feeling sick,but I am really tired lately.Today I fell asleep on my couch watching The Nanny marathon and it was only for an hour,but I woke up feeling sh*thouse.Could anyone relate?

I keep nodding off at work because I go to bed around 10:30 the night before and wake up around 5 the next morning. My job is a little too sedentary.

it depends...if i sleep over an hour and 1/2 I feel like crap, but other than that, i feel gooood.

Oh yes.....after about a 2 hour nap, I feel like a truck hit me. My head hurts badly. The best naps during the day are half an hour to one hour long.

Yeah, I feel like crap after a nap durring the day. Unless it's really short, like less than half an hour.

Depends. Sometimes I'll wake up and feel all disoriented and weird, like something bad is happening/is gonna happen. I hate that feeling!!
But a lot of times after dinner I'll be sitting on my bed and I'll fall asleep and I'll wake up and feel fine.

Yup if I fall asleep I wake up feeling more tired than I was before.
same here. i take a nap every day after school.

If I fall asleep on the couch I feel awful when I wake up,and then I cant get up for awhile,and will keep falling asleep,like I'm more tired now than I was before.
If I intentionally go to sleep in my bed,I have a much better sleep and wake up feeling better.

You'll feel better if you keep the naps to 20 - 30 mins. Anything longer than that will make you feel like crap usually because you get into the REM sleep.
Best to keep them short and you'll feel great!

i have a hard enough time trying to sleep at night - why would I do it during the DAY? :confused:
