If it's like the first two seasons (and the review suggests it is), the discs will come in one package. I have watched the first three episodes on the first disc, and the clarity and sharpness of the picture is a big difference than the 2 previous seasons. By the third episode, they begin to show the "Meet The Flintstones" intro song that we all remember seeing when we grew up.
