There have been some questions about the dynamic duo that have been puzzling me lately. Where did Stan and Dorothy live during the 38 years they were married? One would assume that they lived in Miami, because Sophia was at Shady pines. And did Stan live in their house even when Dorothy moved out? Also, did Dorothy move in with the girls right after her divorce? (I don't expect anyone to be able to answer all of these - I was just pondering!)

I'm going to attempt to answer all of these...

I think for at least part of their marriage, they lived in Brooklyn. They never say when it happens, but it's assumed they eventually move to Miami. (There's a flashback of Sophia's 50th birthday when Dorothy and Stan still live in Brooklyn.) It is mentioned that Stan ran off to Maui with a younger woman, but I believe he eventually settles in Miami. And I'm not 100% sure if she moves in immediatley following the divorce, But I believe it was soon after.

I bet Stan left Dorothy and moved to Maui with Crissy. Dorothy was stuck with the house and such, so she probably stayed there until it sold, then she moved in with Blanche.
