I made a website with 3 frames, but when i go to upload the index page i get all 3 frames empty saying "Sorry, the page you requested was not found"? How is this becasue all the content of the other frames are uploaded??

i get a "page not found" error from that link, are you sure you are using the correct references for the file locations?

can you load each page individually, as in manually put the address of the html file into the address bar, so that it doesnt show up IN the frame?

you probably mistyped the filenames to appear on the index page.

Use an FTP client. it sets the pages correctly and you won't get errors like this.
