*Pleasant Tomorrow* 03-18-2005, 10:56 PM occasionally.
Brent88 03-18-2005, 10:59 PM Yes... quite a bit. Most of the time when I'm on the internet I am listening to the news(TV is in the next room). If there's something I want to see it's only 10 steps away.
Janet McFarland 03-18-2005, 10:59 PM I watch the news more now for some reason. Alot of it is interesting, but it really brings you back to reality, if that makes sense.
TheHappyBurgerMeister 03-18-2005, 11:05 PM Yes, but I only watch the local news. I never watch national news shows like CNN or Peter Jennings or whatever.
*MIBabe03* 03-18-2005, 11:05 PM Yes, but only because my mom has it on 24/7.
vienna waits 03-18-2005, 11:07 PM not usually because I'm not usually home then.
Mr. Television 03-18-2005, 11:08 PM I used to watch it all the time but I barely watch it anymore except for the local news and thats just to get the weather and sports.
steelparade 03-18-2005, 11:11 PM i dont watch the news......if i want to see some over-hyped nonsense, ill listen to the voices in my head...
Rebel Queen 1980 03-18-2005, 11:41 PM I watch the news all the time and with what all's going in the world now
I think everyone should watch the news,The war is just getting out of hand
and no telling what could happen in years to come.
Brent88 03-18-2005, 11:47 PM I became hooked on the news on September 11th and I've never been able to get away from it since. I thought it was some sort of thing that would wear off, but it never has. Two years ago tonight my stomach was in knots as the 48-hour deadline was ticking down in Iraq... I thought I had gotten away from it somewhat as up til last week the news had been boring to me, but when the courthouse shooting happened in Atlanta and the subsquent aftermath, I was back glued to the TV like I had been before.
Kay Scarpetta 03-19-2005, 12:11 AM Everynight I watch both the local news and NBC Nightly News w/Brian Williams. Gotta keep up in the world ;)
Janice 03-19-2005, 12:28 AM I watch the news everyday. I need to know what's going on.
Hollow 03-19-2005, 12:39 AM the world has already gone to hell and i don't care enough about it to bother keeping up with what's going on in it. unless it involves the music industry.
MsOrange 03-19-2005, 12:48 AM nope, not really
GARFIELDKOOL 03-19-2005, 12:50 AM Yes, local, and national, and even read the local newspaper and I read USA Today. I have to see what's going on in the world.
Georgia's on my Mind 03-19-2005, 01:31 AM No, there is no valid news source. All media is biased and unreliable.
Belair 03-19-2005, 02:20 AM I'd rather watch a sitcom in the evening, over the news any day.I used to watch a news program in the mornings, but I'm sick of hearing about terrible things every day,and its not the best way to start the day either.
SBTB Geek 03-19-2005, 02:37 AM I watch the news all the time, and when I'm not watching it, I'm reading it.
