I don't understand how sex offenders can just go back and live. IF they have been convicted of a crime, all they have to do is register. Is there jail time? I would house all these creeps in one place not have them mingle in societly. I saw on my town hall window 3 men who live in my area. Gave me the shivers.
So sad for these young children. To lose their lives to these creeps. I would hate to be a youngster these days.
