View Full Version : This thread is for good news ONLY about the show's renewal
New AD fan 03-18-2005, 03:36 AM This thread will ONLY be for the posting of good news and optimistic comments regarding the prospects for American Dreams renewal for a fourth season. There are enough threads and posts here that are full of doom and gloom, and I am tired of hearing it.
PrettyinPink55 03-18-2005, 10:51 AM I apologize for starting a lot of those threads. I feel responsible. I just wanted to keep us updated on the latest news. I am very sorry if I made anyone feel down or doomed. I only wanted to provide updates. :o

You said it I'm glad somebody else has said it other than me.As far as renewal goes we will probably know by May or June this year.I'm sure we will read it at one of the AD sites.Mel

ADfan 03-21-2005, 02:51 AM Hopefully we'll have positive news about AD for next year and we can get back to talking about the show only instead of nasty cancellations rumors.

On a positive note, it's good to stay informed!!! :D
av8tornj98 03-21-2005, 11:48 AM Only reading positive things is a good way to live in denial. There is a school of thought that if you're not aware of what's going on then it's easy to be angry and ignorant. A total understanding of the situation is really the best way to deal with the future.

A total understanding of the situation is really the best way to deal with the future.Trust me I'm far from in denial.I am very aware the show is in danger but I don't need to hear it more than once.I understand things only being told to me once trust me.I don't need to come to the site everyday and read the same thing about the shows possible cancellation more than once.Mel

daybreaker01 04-03-2005, 08:38 PM Hi all!
I just heard today that my buddy who worked on AD thinks the show has a good shot to be back for another round. Of course this is only speculation at this point but since he works on the inside I take what he tells me pretty seriously.
I'm wearing my Pryor TV and Radio jersey in solidarity! lol
Let's keep our fingers crossed and I'll let you all know if I hear anything else.

Let's have some positive posts now and make all the doomsdayers go straight to hell.

Let's have some positive posts now and make all the doomsdayers go straight to hell. Thank-You again. but this thread isn't a bad thread at all. This thread starter only wanted people to reply if they stay positive.
Which if you do stay positive the people who are negative get on your case and try to pick a fight.
Which is why I had stopped posting here for about a month and plan to stop again I'm not arguing with anyone here. Mel

It's over... what's the point???
nate_mcdermott 04-30-2005, 12:25 AM Though I can't think of very good news i do have some not bad news/ comments. Has NBC officially commented on cancelation? all the news sources say no comment and don't go in depth at all. also has anybody read the stories, THEY ARE ALL THE SAME, or at least the ones at yahoo, CNN, and Reuters, which are all the ones i've read so even though it may be pointless I am still waiting 17 more days before i start crying.
