I have been trying for a while to remember the name of a sitcom from my childhood.

I believe it was from late 70's.

The premise of the show was that the central character would switch between being a young boy and an adult. They would get older or younger at the most inopportune moments.

One scene I remember is the adult getting into a shower. You see his silhouette through the shower screen shrinking to that of the boy, and then the boy emerges.

The adult character was a balding man

I think it was the same era as Mork and Mindy.

Any help in finding this show would be greatly appreciated. I might also be able to sleep peacfully knowing what it is!
