okay heres my vent....I was "talking" to this one guy up until about two weeks ago, which is when our semi took place, and he didn't wanna go so I went w/ my friend Jason (names have been changed)....anyway there was a group of 8 of us that all pulled money for a limo (my four best girls and their dates) so we had 2.5 hours afterwards to drive around and during that time I started to really "click" with my friends date (they were just friends yall im not a ho) and we talked the whole time and suddenly I'm into him. So my situation was finally gettin REALLY good w/ the first guy and then I start likin the other guy....and in school me n the other guy will shoot glances but thats it WE never talked again after that night...now I don't know what to do

Here's my story: This whole year we've been talking and flirting. So one day I get fed up and I want to know if any of it means something or not. My friend asks him and he says "only as a friend". At first I was disappointed, then I got really angry. If I'm "just a friend", then why does he like lead me on? And how come he only picks on me? So for a month/2 months I haven't spoke to him. Well I have but we're not the same as were before, like we don't have any real conversations. So yesterday I think I got him mad about something I said, so I'm talking to my friend and she told me that she thinks he likes me. All I did was roll my eyes because I have everyone tell me that. With that thought in my head, I walk downstairs and see him flirting with some girl. Then after school I see a bunch of girls flirting with him. Now I'm really pissed off, but I don't know why. I know I don't like him, so why am I upset? He can flirt or talk with whoever he wants. I don't know what my problem is.. maybe because he was the closest thing I had to a boyfriend and I lost him? Yeah that's probably it.

My ex, John, IMs me out of the blue and just starts chatting like nothing happened. well, we broke up over 2 years ago... so after a few very awkward casual comments, i just flat out asked him, "What on earth are you doing IMing me?" and he was all "Well, i'm still trying to figure that out myself..." He knows i'm engaged, so I was very intrigued by this, flattered, curious, whatever you wanna call it, so i kept chatting w/ him for about 30 mins. Well, I told my fiancee, Jonathan (yes, I apparently have a thing for Jons), and he just about freaked.

So weird...that sounds so much like me. I shall shortly tell my story.

So there's this guy that I met in a class in college about 3 years ago. We hit it off as friends (which was really kind of bizarre, cuz we're night and day different). Well, like I do all too often, I developed a crush on him and was totally sad when that semester was over because he was graduating and I still had a semester (I actually cried! What a dope). So I go another semester and I guess a few months after I graduated, I look him up (he went on to grad school) and email him to say hey. We start talking on email and IM and I went up to see him once (like a nostalgia trip for me). So about 2-3 months ago, we start talking a lot, and like the guy he his, starts "jokingly" making comments and lame flippant remarks about sexual crap. Well, frankly, it pisses me off. So I write him this email explaining some stuff and I hear nothing. And nothing. And nothing. So I then write an email about how it was nice talking to him, but I guess you hate me, so bye. He writes back and says he never checks that email anymore and that he's been real busy with his thesis. Okay, I feel stupid. Well, that was 3 weeks ago, and we've talked just twice since then, and it was just kinda like, he didn't wanna talk to me or something. And now he's disappeared on spring break I guess and I'm all like jealous cuz I don't know who he's with or anything. Why am I jealous?! This is insane. But I guess I'm afraid to let go or something, because this is the closest I've come to having a boyfriend and at 25, I think if this doesn't work out, I'm finished and I might as well just resign myself to dying alone and depressed.
