what does the slinky seem to be the mascot for the "random thread" board... are slinky's random? do they randomnly bust out into there oh-so-cool slinky moves? please... explain.......

They are fun to watch tumble down the stairs! It would be funny putting them on an escalator thats going and see if it keeps up!! EDIT: No it would have top be going DOWN not up...
