If I woke up rich, I would check into it before I spent any of it. To see how true it was and where it came from. People do make mistakes. I would hate to spend it all and then have to repay it back. If I was rich enough not to be a soul sucking employment slave?

I would travel the World, especially Europe. But go almost everywhere that would take me that was safe. That is still most of the World. I have never been to Europe and am afraid at my age I will never make it there. At least go to Britain, France, Italy and Greece. But basically I would be on the road/plane or ship for several years. If I find a place I like, I’ll stay for a couple of days or weeks. To not have a schedule. My wife can go if she is interested but would be happy to see my gone a month at a time and come back a month.

I love pinball machines so I would get involved with that culture. There are lots of conventions and auctions and things. Where I ended up living (if in America) I might get involved in a pinball league. I don’t know about owning many machines, but probably a few I might have. Pinball machines tend to be high maintenance and usually a game is only fun for so long before it gets boring. Might get an older EM machine as more of a work of art and playability a secondary thing.

Live somewhere where marijuana is legal. I live marijuana and if it was up to me would be high all the time. For a period of time for several years, I was literally high every waking moment. I would also be a fixture at some favorite bars, sitting on the end with my IPad, my adult beverage and smokes. Welcome interesting conversation or not. To have the luxury to ask “What day is it today?” because I have no idea and no real need to go since I am not an employment serf or have any obligations. The only time that time would have any meaning is to get on the bus, boat, plane, train or donkey to might next port of call.

When I get tired, find a place to live. Marijuana has to be legal and have a positive demographic. I grew up with a demographic. I wouldn’t really have a huge house even if I was a billionaire. Might have four bedrooms for two people, a living room, a nice, large kitchen and dining room. My joy would be having a nice pool, a hot tub and a sauna. I really want a sauna. Smoke a fat joint, go in there and sweat. Nirvana. Then in the pool. After dinner, smoke another fat joint, turn on the Steely Dan and myself and my wife naked soaking in the tub. Hell yes.

I couldn’t care less about cars and probably would use a car service like Uber/Lyft or something like that. I hate driving. Too many idiots, can get into accidents, dealing with cops. Having to pay insurance companies more money.

Lastly, my stupid parents sent me to this awful private school ran by a woman who was Hitler’s sister. She was a sociopathic witch who beat the kids for small infractions. She is now dead (thankfully) and someone owns the property with the buildings but the main school building is in severe disrepair, seemingly someone might have torn all the copper out. The school isn’t in a good area (not awful but not great), I would like to buy it and help bulldoze the building to the ground and then donate the land to a place which specializes in care for abused people, especially child abuse victims and battered wives. Turn that horror show of a private school into a positive. Plus me driving a bulldozer would kick ass (and yes, I would be sober as a Baptist judge doing it!)
