Not a case of reminding yourself - a case of just doing it as soon as you can! Take it from someone who started "socially" smoking at 14 - and was asthmatic to begin with, lost their father to a massive heart attack (age 53 - he smoked 3 packs a day) and a mother who died a slow, suffocating death with COPD, TB and emphysema - and I STILL cannot quit - tried it all. Nicotine is tougher to kick than coke or heroin even. The younger you start and longer you smoke the harder it is to quit too.

The sooner you can resolve to quit the better. Besides, it too much of a hassle and socially unacceptable now - more than some drugs even! And the money wasted - you could take a trip to the carribean every year for the money you put out on cigarettes!

Not lecturing - just trying to give some advice from someone who would do anything to be able to get off these cancer sticks!! ;)

You got it!! They say more girls are smoking cigarettes than guys these days. No guy is going to want to go out with someone who stinks like an ashtray and needs to keep running outside for a cigarette. And you should see what it does to your skin after a few years!!! Nobody wants to look like a cigar store Indian!

We'd poor beer into soda cans and drink when I ever skipped my Biology I

people make real asses of themselves when they brag about what kind of drugs they do. good for you, have fun ****ing your life over. a few of my brother's friends have turned into stoners. it's sad.

I've smoked a cig once and it tasted so nasty! :p I did it right in front of my mother I said "Mama, let me put that out for you" and I took a puff and it tasted nasty

I've never done any real drugs though :) imma good boy though i have sniffed sharpies and white out but i couldn't tell if i was high i think i was because i kept laughing and laughing. oh & i did one of those clean can things...the spray that you spray your keyboard to clean it with I did that and I think I got high off of that.

I know MANY crackheads/drug addicts (I said I know them, not friends with them) though some of my friends do do drugs but have never offered me any (I usually only see them at school) though one time last year this girl I used to know asked me if I wanted some weed but I said no :thumbsup:

None- I've turned weed and beer down 10000000 times. One of my friends smokes pot and trys to get me to smoke it everday. I just say ''No thanks, I don't want to turn out like you'' and laugh. :lol:

None I have always been pretty focused with sports, and figured that would screw it up.. so nope im pretty innocent.

I drink- so if you consider that a drug, but Ive never done pot, I have a lot of friends who have, but its not really me. When I visited my brother @ college, I saw some kids like passed out from taking schrums- alright thats plan ******** since one of my best friends cousin died from taking them and then jumping off a roof, so I told my brother if he ever took shrums i was going to kick his ass. Personally, I dont care if people drink/smoke weed, but it has to be a personal decision (one of my best friends doesnt drink and I dont give...i love her) but one of my really good friends is changing who she is and trying to be "cool" by drinking and smoking pot, and let me tell you she would never smoke pot before or get drunk, so thats kind of bothering me when people do it to feel cool, I do it because I enjoy it, no one is pressuring me too and I dont care what "Cool" is either way

I drink a little too much coffee. When I was in college I drank a bit too much alcohol. I've never touched drugs though.
