I can't recall any of the info on this case:

A male motorist was signalling women to pull over, trying to make them believe they were having car trouble. He attacked one woman and killed another.

Does anyone remember this case? Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes, I remember that segment. After some online searching, I found a link which features the composite sketch of the suspect. The woman he is suspected of killing was Alicia Showalter Reynolds.
