Yesterday I did something kind of dumb. I don't really know if it's considered cheating. If it is, it was not intended. I had a Biology test and this is the second time that I'm taking the class. I was looking over the test that I had taken the first time, to review the questions. I figured if I could answer those questions, I'd be fine on the test. Well some of the other students knew that this was my second time to take the class, and they wanted to see how something was set up on the test. I showed it to them, and we went over the questions together. I didn't think anything of it, because the first test we took this semester was nothing like the one I had taken the semester before. Well I got the test and it was the exact same questions! My mom says that I didn't cheat because I had to know the material anyway. I still feel kind of lousy. Do you guys think that I cheated?

I wouldn't worry about it in this case. You had no idea the questions would be exactly the same, and you simply studied them like you would do with a textbook for any test.
The teacher was remiss for giving you the exact same test.

Thanks. My mom told me the same thing basically. She also asked one of the lawyers who she works for if that was considered cheating. Her boss told her that it wasn't.

Nah. It's not like you stole the answers from the teacher's office. It's their fault for being lazy and not writing a new test. Your benefit. :D

Actually I did go over my notes. I even told my teacher about it and she said it wasn't cheating. I got a 97 on that test.

Did you not read the part in my previous post that I explained to the teacher what I had done? The teacer concluded that it was not cheating. I have nothing to be guilty about.
