Frostbitten Man Sues Eagles
PHILADELPHIA-February 23, 2005 — A man who had 8 frostbitten fingers amputated Tuesday is suing the Philadelphia Eagles for his injuries.

James Phillips was one of the people who shoveled the Linc for the NFC championship game. The weekend of the big game, back in January, saw more than a foot of snow fall.
