I remember this episode where this teenaged was killed. There were two sides to the story. One was that he got into a fight at this park and while he was walking home these thugs in a car beat him with a bat. The other was that on his way home we was struck by a car. The weird thing was that his sneakers were found pretty far away from his body and the laces weren't even on his sneakers. Was there ever an update on that story?

And there was this other story about this bloodhound who went searching for a young girl who was missing and he was so tired but didn't give up finding her until he found her body by a lake. Was it ever found who murdered her??

The first story was Russell Evans. I remember he had gotten in a fight earlier in the day and his parents were skeptical that it was a hit and run accident. Recently the daughter of the good samaritan who found Russell posted here and said the case was still unsolved. :(

I remember that segment but I have only seen it once and it was a while back. I'm pretty sure the killer was caught.
